Tokyo Tower (333m)
Built in 1958, Tokyo Tower is a communication tower that has stood in the center of Tokyo for more than half a century.
The tower has the Main Deck platform at 150 meters above the ground and the Top Deck platform at 250 meters above the ground.
Mt. Fuji, Mt. Tsukuba, Boso Peninsula, Miura Peninsula, Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Gate Bridge can be viewed from the observation platforms.
The commercial building called Foot Town, located under the legs of the tower, reflects an exciting mixture of nostalgia and newness.
Foot Town offers restaurants, souvenir shops and amusement facilities visitors can enjoy from morning to evening.
The “Landmark Light” coins the beautiful illumination of the tower in the evening sky.
On Monday and special day, a special illumination called “Diamond Veil” displays various colors, which render a romantic view in Tokyo’s night skyline.
It has become a popular date spot for couples.
Tokyo Tower is the best spot to experience present-day Tokyo.
